PB – Particle Board
SWEDSPAN's particle boards fully comply with strict standards on emissions, surface quality and density profile. For instance, the optimised density profile guarantees a comparatively lightweight particle board without any reduction of mechanical properties in the sections where higher strength is needed.
Particle boards are available as raw boards, foiled or faced with a durable and resistant melamine based decorative material. Furthermore, SWEDSPAN offers particle boards for structural applications with better mechanical properties and moisture resistance for use as flooring boards, wall sheathing or roofing board. These boards are available with regular edges or with a tongue and groove profile.
